ASSESSMENT 3 - STUDENT INFORMATION

During this observation the trainer will observe the students conducting a WHS consultation meeting.

In this Work Health & Safety Team Meeting you will be required to be actively involved in this meeting, which includes raising any WHS / OHS issues and concerns.

Using your risk Identification check list in Assessment 2 you are to conduct a meeting in relation to the Hazards and Risks you have Identified.

You will be required to fill in the WHS meeting template provided and include any issues identified during the meeting followed by details of any possible solutions ready to be submitted to your supervisor or workplace WHS Representative.
