Assessment Task 1 Part A: Individual Reading Grid

With so many changes necessary due to the pandemic, coming out of a mandated lockdown means that mangers will need to be strategic in ensuring changes are adopted to return to work safely.

Discuss what managers need to consider in the implementation of the new changes for their organisation. Using an organisation as an example examine what is meant by change management and why it is important. Explain how managers can accomplish the latest changes by adopting specific tactics to overcome employee resistance to change.
