You are required to draft an email to the Director of Media and Advertising to ask for approval to go ahead with one of the options you identified. Your email must show that you can communicate in a professional manner and include sufficient information for the Director of Media and Advertising to give their approval to proceed with this proposal. Information required includes: Information on the program Need for digital media promotion Type of digital media and why it has been chosen Details of what the promotion will involve (including timing, frequency, audience, content, who will do the work and so on) Budget (for example, cost of development, delivery, consultancy fees, artwork and design fees and so on. Note: for the purpose of this part of the assessment, you may estimate costs based on your own estimates - you do not need to cost this accurately.
