Task Details: PMBOK Case Study an Australian based Web development company is called Websy Pty Ltd. They currently provide a range of Websites for external customers using Content Management Systems (CMS) they tend to specialize on WordPress and Drupal. They are currently working in various industries and the most recently have been awarded a contract by charity The Smith Family is non-profit charity based in Level 17, 2 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. refer https://www.thesmithfamily.com.au/ The Website module is just facilitating the donation.

Some are existing Donors. You need to link to existing website to get details of existing Donors. There are multiple payments including cheque. There is a module for staff to update when it is received and

send a receipt by email. As it is tax deductible charity registered by ATO.

You need send ATO the donor file with the amounts every tax year about 1 month after the tax year. project Objective: - Appoint your team to implement The Smith Family website that is re-usable later by other customers but provides for to keep track of donations.

It is development project of Content Management System/Extranet website.

Modules needed are:

If previous doner: look up donor by the previous unique id

First time donor: collect details (Name, Address, Phone Number & email)

First time donor: select payment amount and method

First time donor: generate unique id

First time donor: select plan

Note: there are options of one-off payment for gifts and there is an option to select regular monthly plan for indefinite period
