3. Patient underwent diagnostic arthroscopy of the left elbow due to unexplained pain. Surgeon inserted arthroscope into the left elbow joint to determine presence of disease or injury.

4. Patient underwent closed treatment of fractured tip of the right radius at distal end, which included application of a short-arm cast.

5. Patient underwent bilateral diagnostic nasal endoscopy. The physician inserted an endoscope into the left nostril to evaluate nasal structures. The right nostril was also examined.
