Overview:

The project plan has been approved, and it's time to get on with the work of the project. Before you turn the team loose, you must attend to a few housekeeping chores. From Chapter $7$ we delivered the project management approach for this project. It gives us the starting point based on what is known about the scope and requirements from Chapter $6.$ This chapter puts other operational pieces into place in preparation for executing the project in Chapter $9.$
