$1-)$ Write the HDL code of a system that adds $216$ bit numbers in a signed way. Make appropriate library $($use IEEE.NUMERIC$\_$STD$.$ALL$)$ and package definitions for this code.

$2-)$ Create a testbench to simulate the code. During the test, perform your simulation to show the sum of $2$ positive numbers $(+,+),$ two negative numbers $(-,-)$ and one positive and one negative number $(+,-).$
