The following is the information obtained during an interview with the ABC Agency: People or potential renters call the ABC Agency and ask them if apartments are available for rent. All callers have their information recorded and stored in an information folder. The agency examines the file and determines whether their database has any potential matches on the properties requested. People also call the agency to inform them that they have an apartment for rent. Fifteen days before rent is due, the agency sends invoices to renters. Sixty days before the lease is up, the agency sends a notice for renewal to the renter.
