Assignment #1: Getting to Know YOU.

The more I know about you the better I can help you learn so please tell me a bit about yourself. You will find a copy of this form that I have completed for myself on the website so that YOU will know a bit more about me. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST NOT TO ALTER THE NUMBERING SCHEME IN THIS DOCUMENT.
