Assignment #$2-1$ Objectives: Using the Biomedical Engineering Senior Design projects seat damper with $3$d metal printing in air industry utilized in Assignment #$1-1$ students will apply what they$$ve learned about value delivery, patient decision$-$making, and product$/$service development and delivery to their project. Specifically, they will develop a value proposition and Customer Decision Journey $($CDJ$)$ and integrate those into their marketing projects.

Assignment #$2-1$ Purpose: This assignment will apply traditional marketing tools used to create and develop a value proposition and understand customer decision making and integrate those tools into the students$$ marketing projects.

Assignment #$2-1$ Description: With your marketing plan project on seat damper with metal printer, develop and integrate the following elements:

A value proposition using the SKIM methodology $($Using the Value Proposition Worksheet$).($One slide in your PowerPoint project. See attached worksheet$).$

A Customer Decision Journey $($CDJ$).($One slide$).$ You may have several targets for customers $($such as different types of consumers or professionals, such as physicians$).$ Take what you consider to be the most important one and apply the CDJ to that. You can use one of the templates attached called "Customer Journey Map Templates". Make sure you're using the right one for the right audience and purpose.

Assignment #$2-1$ Parameters: This will be only a PowerPoint presentation, and will be integrated into your marketing plan project at the end of the class. For this assignment, you only need to submit the two elements outlined above. You should have at least two slides, but it could be more depending on your project. This is a group assignment, but each group member needs to upload the submission into Blackboard in order to get a grade. You will also present this in class on Wed. Jan. $24$th$.$ All group members must participate to receive a grade for the in$-$class exercise.
