Then, identify if the following ten situations demonstrate legal sexual harassment or a careless act of a sexual nature. You may make any assumptions that you would like for each situation.

For each of the $10$ numbered situations below, you must show the numbered situation, your decision on whether it was legal sexual harassment or a careless act of a sexual nature, and justification for your choice. For example:

John says to a coworker, "Jessie, that is one hot dress you are wearing today," and seeing her reaction quickly says, "I am sorry, I did not want to make you uncomfortable."

A female supervisor frequently praises the work of a highly competent male employee by stating "you are certainly a fine example of a man of action."

A male employee prominently posts a naked centerfold from a pornographic magazine on his desk.

A female employee asks her male supervisor to meet her for dinner and a movie.

A male employee is given favored work assignments in exchange for arranging dates for his boss.

Male employees put sexual objects in a female coworker's desk drawer and laugh at her reactions. Male coworkers do not receive the same kind of teasing

A female salesperson offers a client dates and sexual favors in exchange for a large purchase

A female supervisor requests that her male assistant stay in her hotel room to save on expenses while at a conference, and holds acceptance of this arrangement as a condition for continued employment.

A male asked two female coworkers to stop embarrassing him by telling jokes of a sexual nature sharing their sexual fantasies, but they continue telling him a $$real man would not be embarrassed.$$

Although he told his coworker that rubbing his shoulders and arms, calling him $$Babe$$ in front of his coworkers, and jokingly pinching him, is offensive, she continues to touch him in a way that makes him feel uncomfortable.

John tells Sue an offensive joke, but when Sue says, $$John$,$ I don$$t appreciate your nasty jokes," John responds, $$I$$m sorry, Sue, you're right, I shouldn$$t have told that one at work."
