You are a caterer and have an inquiry for a 10^th year company anniversary on November 5, 2021.

The client is Alexa Jones (contact number 1-647-123-4567) who works for Financeit. The address of the company is 8 Spadina Ave. Suite #2400, Toronto, ON M5V 0S8

--- Event Details ---

This event is for 50 Guests who are the company's VIPs. The name of the event is Finaceit Anniversary Dinner. It will take place in Vinci ballroom and rental is $1,200. Deposit of $5,000 been paid. All payments are paid by credit card.

There is a reception before dinner. It starts at 6:30PM and it finishes at 7:30PM. The reception offers 2 types of passed canapes (vegetarian and meat).

The planner has a good budget and requested Californian red and white wines throughout the event.

A three course sit down dinner will follow the reception. Three course includes Appetizer (Soup), Main course (Fish) and one plated dessert. Start time for dinner is 7:30PM and will last for 2 hours. Also there is a dance floor requested in the room with a table for the DJ near the dance floor and cocktail tables. The centre pieces for the dinner tables is flowers. Hotel's av team is preparing the spot lights for this dinner.

Requirements:

Create floor plan for this Event using the App/Software https://www.eventdraw.com/ Use round table set up for the dinner. 10 Guests per 66'' Table. Do not forget to show dance floor and a DJ table. Also, make sure to include the reception area with Bar and cocktail tables. Please use diagram software provided by Professor earlier. Refer to weekly folders.

Using BEO template provided, please create a BEO with the information you have been provided and you prepared. Please make sure you include all details required for the BEO.
