Assignment 2: Project Plan

The client has accepted your proposal. Therefore, the Project Manger must prepare a more detailed document, which is the Project Plan. This plan will be used as a guide to the PM and the team during the implementation as well as being submitted to the client for review and approval.

The proposed project plan should include at least the following elements:
