Assignment 3: Annotated Bibliography
Assignment Content
In this assignment, you'll gather articles to use in your research paper and present a summary/evaluation of each article. A useful web resource that describes what an annotated bibliography is, how it's formatted, and that provides samples of what an annotated bibliography looks like can be found here:https://www.lib.sfu.ca/help/cite-write/citation-style-guides/annotated-bibliography
Basically, an annotated bibliography includes two things: 1) a citation (the full reference for the article) and 2) an annotation (a summary/evaluation of the article). Your annotation should be around 250 words (a paragraph) and should include information on:
The purpose of the study
The methods used
The main findings
The relevance of the article for your question
Your evaluation of this article for your purposes
Research question: How does social media affect the development of self-esteem in teenagers?
Your submitted annotated bibliography should include first, your research question, and then four articles, presented in alphabetical order according to the authors' last name. Citations must be in APA format. Each citation should be followed by a description of the article's content (the annotation).
