Introduction:

In this assignment, you will develop comprehensive business requirements for a data warehousing project. Data warehousing plays a crucial role in modern businesses by providing a centralized repository for storing and analyzing data, facilitating informed decision$-$making and strategic planning.

General Requirements:

Identify and outline the general requirements for the data warehousing project. This may include considerations such as data sources, data integration, data storage, data processing, data governance, security, scalability, and performance.

Specific Requirements:

Define specific requirements that the data warehousing system must meet to fulfill the needs of the organization. These requirements should be detailed, measurable, and aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the project.

Information Packages:

Describe the information packages or data sets that will be stored and managed within the data warehousing system. Include details such as data formats, data structures, data attributes, and relationships between different data elements.

Other Requirements:

Identify any other requirements or constraints that may impact the development and implementation of the data warehousing system. This could include regulatory compliance, budgetary constraints, technology infrastructure, and stakeholder expectations.
