Assignment #3 Sales Presentation

Please prepare the very beginning (introduction) portion of a sales presentation for ONE of the following products/services:

1. A real estate developer selling a condominium apartment building to investors.
2. An employee benefit package (you are the insurance company trying to sell to a large company).
3. A medical device to a hospital.

Prepare ONLY the first one or two slides of a PowerPoint presentation. Please do NOT include a title page or introduction page (this also includes an Agenda page) in your Assignment. Get directly to the point. Open your presentation with a focus on gaining the prospects Attention in a creative way. Use graphics if you wish. You may also use charts, illustrations etc. Have a CVP. You may assume that the customer has a need for your product/service, however ensure that you include FABs.

Please limit your bullet points (in the PowerPoint presentation) to 5 or 6 per page. However, you do NOT need to have any points at all. If you do have points, they must be only one sentence each (no run on sentences). Again, One or two (maximum) slides only
