Create three (3) realistic, time sensitive SMART goals relating to your quest to find either an internship placement or a full-time job

Analyze the procedure for assessing the 5-components of a SMART goal Copy the SMART goal worksheet below, three times onto Word and type what each letter stands for in the middle column and then create your goal

For example: By October 15th (timely) I will improve my telephone skills (specific). I will do this by being aware of my tone of voice, articulation, and speed when talking on the phone (achieveable) and ensuring the listener understands the reason for my call.

I will also observe my co-workers. To evaluate my success, I will request feedback from my co-workers and supervisor (measureable). I will also be aware of my comfort level when talking on the phone in the work environment (realistic). Learning objective Bad Form: I will learn to use the phonetic alphabet. Learning Objective Good Form: By March 15, I will be able to use the phonetic alphabet when giving information on the phone. To achieve this goal, I will memorize the phonetic alphabet, practice spelling different words and use whenever possible, both in the workplace and at home. I will assess my success by requesting feedback from a co-worker and by personal measurement of my comfort level when using.
