Assignment 41

Make a user interface in JAVA that will have 3 text fields that are labeled, "Initial Balance", "Annual Rate", & "# of years". All of the text fields MUST only accept numbers 0 or greater, NO negatives. Include a button that is named "Calculate". Also include a read only text area to show the balance of the savings account after each year. Also include another space to show a bar chart that will show the balance of after each year.

All of the information entered in the texts fields NEED to be checked if a negative or a letter is entered without crashing the program. Also if you click calculate again it will simply calculate the information entered again.
