Objective of this Assignment: To design a scoring guide to evaluate answers to interview questions (designed in Assignment #5) resulting in an overall score for the 20 interview questions.
Instructions:
Step 1. You are going to create a scoring guide for each of the 20 questions you developed for assignment 5 to assess the best candidate for the position that you are responsible for filling.
Step 2. You will also design probing questions for each question that will allow interviewers to probe deeper into candidates answers to situations, events or to provide elaboration of answers such that the responses can be evaluated through the scoring guide.
