Objective of this Assignment: To design a scoring guide to evaluate answers to interview questions $($designed in Assignment #$5)$ resulting in an overall score for the $20$ interview questions.

Instructions:

Step $1.$ You are going to create a scoring guide for each of the $20$ questions you developed for assignment $5$ to assess the best candidate for the position that you are responsible for filling.

Step $2.$ You will also design probing questions for each question that will allow interviewers to probe deeper into candidates$$ answers to situations, events or to provide elaboration of answers such that the responses can be evaluated through the scoring guide.
