For years, consumers have complained that they do not know how to navigate the legal terms and conditions to get the most out of their health insurance policy. To stay in the game, Insurance Companies must address the issue and simplify the adjudication process for their policyholders.

In this project, you will use Lean A$3$ problem solving methodology to simplify a Health Insurance Claim process.

Format Requirement

$1.$ Use an A$3$ template attached. Your team will pick one out of four different versions available.

Please ensure that you are using visuals to describe the problems. You must also use a process flow diagram to describe the current claim adjudication process.

$2.$ Recorded Presentation $-$ Your team will also submit a $10-$minute video in MP$4$ format along with the completed A$3.$ The video will contain a presentation by your team. Each team member must speak for roughly an equal amount of time. You also need to be visible in the Video $($Turn your camera on$).$
