Analyse a real-life work team that you are or have been a member of by using the Team Analysis Framework (see course content as well as narrated presentation). Step one: Describe the team using the team components (core, structure etc.) Step two: Critically review the components and identify areas of improvement 2. Make practical recommendation on how you would improve the teams functioning. In your analysis and improvement plan: write something about each component but focus on a component of the framework which you think is problematic. Motivate your answer and indicate how that would impact on the other aspects of the team. (4-5 pages)
