Analyse a real$-$life work team that you are or have been a member of by using the Team Analysis Framework $($see course content as well as narrated presentation$).$

Step one: Describe the team using the team components $($core$,$ structure etc.$)$

Step two: Critically review the components and identify areas of improvement

Make practical recommendation on how you would improve the team's functioning.

In your analysis and improvement plan: write something about each component but focus on a component of the framework which you think is problematic. Motivate your answer and indicate how that would impact on the other aspects of the team. $(4-5$ pages$)$
