Main Report

Plan Risk Management $-$ planning for the risk management approach, classification

of risk $P$&I, risk categorisation

Identify Risk $-$ list down at least min $10$ risk $($threat $/$ negative risk$)$ associate with

your project. Categorize them accordingly

Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis $-$ prioritizing the list of identified risks through a

combination of the probability and the impact.

Plan Risk Response $-$ response strategy and response action $($Strategies for negative

risks include Avoid, Transfer, Mitigate, Escalate$)$

Monitor Risk $-$ Responsible Entity $-$ person in charge $/$ Interval or Milestone Check $/$
