The current COVID-19 global pandemic, which hit Sri Lankain early January 2020 has revolutionized or forced adaptation of WFH (Work from Home) in many of our organizations. This has pushed the organization, leadership and staff members to understand, learn, adopt and adapt new ways of delivering/meeting organization KPIs and objectives. It is evident that this adaption is here to stay and will bring about new working models.

Task

Identify a Sri Lankan public quoted company or a private organization, which employs more than 100 staff, which adapted fully or partially WFH model. Critically analyze and discuss the challenges the organization and staff faced in this new working model.

Based on the critical identification of the challenges discussed above, prepare a brief Policy which could be followed by the organization to overcome the challenges.
