Depending on the version of windows you have installed on your computer, the steps may not uninstall the' Drop Box' application properly. Once you verify whether 'Drop Box' was removed or not, then you may have to do an additional step. If Powershell did not remove 'Drop Box', simply go back in to Settings to Apps and Uninstall Drop Box.
