Section $1$: Pre$-$class Assessment of Your Management Thoughts $($approximately $1$ page$)$

This first part should highlight your management thoughts and your approach to management. What are your notions of executive management and management in general? What are your management strengths and weaknesses? What are your personal values? What are your organization$$s values? What kinds of perceptions and biases do you have in your approach to management? Assignment goal: To gain an appreciation of your current management$/$leadership skills while developing specific steps for you to take to develop your approach toward executive leadership and organizational management. It will also help you connect our learnings to actual activities in your organization and in your own actions.
