Overview:

A work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ is a tool used in project management to break a deliverable into smaller tasks or components. Its purpose is to help visualize and identify a project's scope.

Instructions:

$1.$ Create a WBS capturing the process of buying a car.

a$.$ Identify every task, from starting your search for a car to driving out of the car dealership.

$2.$ At the beginning of the description, define the project's scope in a single sentence.

$3.$ Make sure tasks are reasonable in duration and predecessors are identified $($if any$).$

$4.$ You must create the WBS in a Microsoft Project. No other application is allowed. If you used another application.

$5.$ You must also include a one$-$page description of the process captured in the WBS$.$

Requirements:

$-$ You must submit your WBS graphic from Microsoft Project in PDF$.$

$-$ Your submission will be two pages in length. The first page is the WBS graphic, and the second page is the WBS description, double$-$spaced.

You will include a reference page for any references used.
