Assignment Introduction: Continuing on from the last assignment, you are a practice manager for a multispecialty provider group. You will prepare two emails, one to your providers and one to their clinical support staff, discussing a quality measure that you have scored low on for your value$-$based contract. $($Hint: It can be a HEDIS measure for Medicare members or another NCQA quality measure for commercial health insurance patients.$)$
