EVM numbers and Narrative 1. EVM Numbers (20% of grade) The status reports should include the following information: Planned Value (determined from the Baseline (PV) below) Earned Value, Actual Cost (given below) Cost Variance Schedule Variance Budget at Completion Estimate at Completion Schedule Performance Index Cost Performance Index Percentage Complete in terms of Budget You may add additional EVM numbers to enhance or improve your reports.

2. Narrative (80% of grade) In each status report (periods 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12), the narrative will describe the following: Assessment of the status of the project and expected status at project completion. Assessment of the status of each task. An explanation of how each of the EVM numbers were calculated What each EVM number means to the project
