Read Chapter 3,4, and 6 of the book.
Research various Business Email templates on the internet.
Open MS Word on your device.
Read the following scenarios. Choose one scenario and respond to the situation by email, using business email format.
a. You are the Purchasing Manager of ABC Company. You are buying some products from XYZ Manufacturer. Write an Order Letter to the Production Manager of XYZ Manufacturer in email format. Now, imagine you are the Production Manager of XYZ Manufacturer. As Manager of XYZ, write a reply email to the Manager of ABC (your client).

b. You are the Purchasing Manager of ABC Company. You are buying some products from XYZ Manufacturer. Assume you have placed the order. However, you want to confirm on-time product delivery. Write an Enquiry Email of order delivery to the Production Manager of XYZ Manufacturer. As a Production Manager of XYZ Manufacturer, write the reply to the Purchasing Manager of ABC Company.

c. You are the Purchasing Manager of ABC Company. You are buying some products from XYZ Manufacturer. You have placed the order. Some of the packages got damaged during shipping. Write a Complaint Email to the Customer Service Manager of XYZ Manufacturer regarding the damage. Then, write an Adjustment Email for that Complaint Email as if you are a Customer Service Manager for XYZ Manufacturer.
Submit your assignment as one file to the submission folder.
Your assignment should not exceed 1 A4 page for each letter (Excluding Cover Page and References).
Submit all contributions in MS Word, double-spaced.
Use font style Calibri (Body) or Arial, font size 12.
Use bold fonts in Headings.
Include the Title of the Project, Table of Contents, Student Names, Course Name, Submission Date, and Instructor Name on the Cover page.
