a. You are a student researching a company for your business class presentation. Write a letter to Samantha Young, the Director of Business Communication of the company you are studying and ask for information about her company. Include the following in the information you are seeking:
i. Age and size of the company
ii. Management team
iii. Organizational structure
iv. Vision and mission statements
v. Core products and services offered
vi. Diversity and inclusion report
vii. Human resource policies
viii. Performance report

b. You plan to learn the French Language from a renowned institute in your vicinity, Language Hub." Write a letter to the institute enquiring about the available courses, mode of delivery, fee structure, payment method, duration of the studies, instructor name, registration deadlines, and cancellation policy. You may wish to include other details.

c. You ordered a blue pair of laced shoes from Sports Com. As you received the delivery of your product today, you realized that the company delivered the wrong shoes. You received green Velcro shoes instead. Write a letter to the Customer Complaint Department of Sports Com explaining your grievance and the details of your complaint. Provide details of the product you ordered and how the product you received differs from the one you ordered.
