The goal of this assignment is to simulate real$-$world project management scenarios by planning a graduation event using key project management techniques. You will be tasked with creating a Work Breakdown Structure $($WBS$)$ to break down the project into manageable tasks. And then estimate activity durations using PERT technique, considering optimistic, likely, and pessimistic time estimates.

Once the initial schedule is established, you need to calculate the overall duration of the project and highlight the critical path activities.

Then you will identify activities that can be crashed to reduce the project duration by $3$ days. Then, you need to analyse the implications of doing so$.$
