Professional goal Identify, breakdown, and discuss a professional goal. What do you want to accomplish in your career? Is there a specific career path, position, or achievement you want to reach? 3. Financial goal Identify, breakdown, and discuss a financial goal. Financial goals can be anything related to how you want to manage your finances and can include things like saving for a house, portfolio or net worth size, savings, etc. 4. Tie it all together The most effective goals are ones that support each other i.e. personal goals support professional goals, which also support financial goals.
