Assignment Guidelines:

Word Count: 3-4 paragraphs

Part A: Consider 3 - 4 possible topics of interest to you from your major that you could consider for your final research project (Literature Review). Choose ONE about which you are most passionate and in which you might already have some background knowledge, to write a personal response.

This part of the assignment requires that you write three to four paragraphs about why this topic is interesting and important. What more do you want to learn about it and why? What is your rationale for choosing this area of research? Develop your response from a personal, critical and /or creative perspective.

Part B: Develop a research question. Once you have come up with a broad topic and done some background research, develop a research question, or a question you're going to answer in your paper when you will do in-depth research.
