Report on your progress based on the following questions, and submit your responses.

Format: Word to text, 1-page maximum (Arial pt 12 font, single-spaced)

1. To what degree have you been able to implement your action plan? I.e. how much of it have you been able to implement (e.g. achieved goal X, currently working on goal XX, etc.)?
2. Which specific activities did you engage in, and how did you go about implementing them?

• Comprehensive responses for each question, and effective use of course content, external resources, and action plan - 1 point per question (6 points in total)
• Insightful and detailed answers, with examples where applicable - 1.5 point per question (9 points in total)
• Clarity of writing, grammar, and APA style properly used - 5 points
