You can continue to use the company you have been working with in your assignments:

Develop detailed specifications that meets your sourcing needs for product $-$ make sure you consider all the factors mentioned in the slides$/$textbook and your own research methods

Describe your selection criteria $($functionality$,$ cost$,$ quality etc.$)$ and explain why they are important.

Develop selection criteria matrix we discussed to rate$/$rank suppliers. Please pay attention to Weight various selection considerations. Please consider a minimum of $4$ suppliers.

Describe why you selected a particular supplier or suppliers. Also describe if you choose sole sourcing, multi$-$sourcing, single sourcing etc. and WHY.
