Its another late night finishing up work for that crazy teacher. Your plan is to order a pizza and knock out the studying and assignments. The only problem is your town has many great pizza places to choose from that you always have a tough time deciding where to get your ZA. Thats okay! You remember the weighted supplier scorecard description from your class and decide to make one for towns pizza places.

Use the following criteria to generate a supplier scorecard: Price, Quality, Availability of Toppings, Hours (open), and Delivery Availability. Remember you should provide a weight to each criteria and these weights should add up to 1.0. For the purpose of this assignment, all 5 criterion cannot have the same weight. I am certain at least one of these criteria is more important to you than the others.

Create a supplier scorecard for Blaze, Dominos, Jeffs Pizza, and Pizza Pit. Use a scale of 0-100 for the score each pizza place can earn under each criterion. The score for each criterion per pizza place is based on your opinion. However, remember the criterion weights should be the same for each supplier. Having the same criterion weights helps align the importance of criterion to you while also creating a more apples to apples criterion between suppliers (in this case pizza providers).

For the purposes of this assignment, each pizza provider needs to earn a total score of 70 or higher. This will prevent people from rating one provider much higher than all the others making the answers to the below questions too easy. Best of luck and remember, your supplier scorecard should indicate where you should order pizza from most of the time between these 4 suppliers!

Create your supplier scorecard using the above criteria in an Excel document. Be ready to upload this Excel document to Canvas. After completing the scorecard, please answer the following questions. The question and answer should be placed underneath your supplier scorecard in Excel. Please note the scorecard needs to display the formulas used to calculate the score for each pizza provider and category.
