Assignment on BRD ( Business Requirement Document ) and FRD ( Functional Requirement Document )

Scope

The customer service of a leading Bank should be able to offer Vacation package of 5 days / 4 nights cruise to Bahamas for 2, or 3 days / 2 nights trip to Disney Land for four to clients maintaining high value / high volume account ( savings account of these account holders at any given time should have 50K + balance ). To provide this offer on phone the customer Service agent should be able to log in and search the client via contact the client. The customer service agent should be able to search the client using any of the following criteria Bank Account No, Last Name, Social Security Number and Mobile Phone No. Upon successful search, the customer service agent will be able to see the details related to full name, street address, annual income, current balance in the savings account, banker name and mobile phone number of the client. The customer service agent should be able to select the client from the available search.

3. Draw a process flow diagram for the FRD
