Instructions

Choose a company that interests you and has a visible supply chain. It can be a global corporation, a regional business, or a niche market player.

You must map out the company's supply chain. This will include details such as partner companies, transportation, product flows, geographic location, etc. Your analysis should cover the following aspects:

Identify and describe at least $6$ supply chain partners the company relies on$.$

Map the flow of materials, information, and finances within the supply chain. You do not need to provide information on all flows, as some will be difficult to find depending on the company. Provide as much detail as possible.

Highlight key distribution centers, transportation modes, and inventory management strategies used by the company.
