Incorporate course concepts that deliver an Organizational Development plan that includes an identified problem within the organization, OD model(s) to support the intervention of change, leadership theories that could be used to build success within the organization.

Identified Organization and Issue: Kids Empowerment Foundation KEF

Kids Empowerment Foundation KEF is a nonprofit organization that aims to empower underprivileged children by providing them with education, healthcare, and other essential services. KEF is a London-based nonprofit organization that improves the lives of kids and young adults with learning and physical disabilities and their families. KEF is committed to providing its members with companionship, enjoyment, and opportunities that support their growth and enable their parents and families to take much-needed breaks. KEF offers leisure activities, sleep-away camps for the summer and winter, and out-of-school programs. The organization's vision is a world where every child has an equal opportunity to succeed and thrive. KEF organizational stakeholders complained about ineffective communication and collaboration among different departments. This problem impacts the organization's efficiency and effectiveness in delivering its programs and services to the target beneficiaries.
