Students produce an organizational development project presentation (12 - 15 slides max). Incorporate course concepts that deliver an Organizational Development plan that includes an identified current problem within a chosen organization, OD model(s) to support the intervention of change, leadership theories that could be used to build success within the organization.

Course concepts that may be useful to include in your presentation:

• Strategic alignment of identified problem to vision, mission, and values;
• Contributing factors to a problem;
• Current state;
• Future state;
• OD models;
• Measurements that can ensure intervention success;
• Approaches to manage employee resistance;
• Leadership theories and style that may prove useful in the intervention;
• Impact that culture has on the organization.
