Assignment Task: 1. Within your team select an Omani small medium enterprise for research. It may be your company or your family or colleague or relative. It is recommended that the organization be a small one (employ less than 100 people). Do not go for a massive organization like a bank or Google. Do NOT use an organization that you find on the internet. 2. Provide a brief summary of the organization you have chosen. What it does, number of employees, if possible , Vision ,mission and goal of the business 3. Collect information about firm, its employee and find out what, if any, HR problems exist in the business 4. You can collect information through: a questionnaire (Talk to manager at work to get permission to use the questionnaire) observations websites, reading material of the company conversations with employees and employers of the firm
