practices taught in MGMT8370. The assignment includes a risk register template, RBS, Heat
Map, and Impact Table. Students provide risk context (background) and the cost table. Instructions:
1. Review the rubric.
2. Use the template provided. Do not change the formatting or save it as a PDF.
2.1. There are 3 sections in the template, complete all 3 sections (Risk Register, Project
Context, and Cost Table).
3. Risk Register
3.1. Fill in all the fields in the risk register template.
3.2. Do not use risks created by your group. Create 1 new risk threat and 1 new risk
opportunity.
3.3. Complete the risk register using this assignment's RBS, Heat Map, and Impact table.
3.4. All risks must include EMV Cost and EMV Duration and the detailed calculations (costs
and duration/effort) must be included. These values must be in your cost table.
3.5. Do not place EMV calculation details outside the risk register, they will not be graded.
4. Project Context
4.1. Copy the project context created by your group for Assignments 1 and 2(Charitable
Event), group members are expected to have the same context.
4.2. Risk registers missing the project context will automatically lose 10%.
