Purpose: To reflect on your performance, responses, and professionalism during an interview.

Instructions:

You will reflect on your experience and performance during a job interview. This can be accomplished in a couple of ways:

If you have experience with job interviews, you can use this experience for the assignment.

If you don$$t have experience with job interviews $($or if you would like to refresh your job interviewing skills$),$ please contact Robertson's Workforce Team to book a $10-15$ minute virtual interview. You will then use this experience for the assignment.

In your reflection, comment on the following:

Preparedness: did you prepare for the interview? If so$,$ how?

Professionalism: did you arrive on time, were you dressed appropriately?

Behaviours: did you make appropriate eye contact, use appropriate facial expressions and body language during the interview?

Responses: did you answer the questions clearly? Did your responses highlight your strengths as an applicant? Which question$($s$)$ did you find challenging?

Overall: how do you think the interview went? What did you do well and what would you do differently next time?
