Identify: What the business does What the stakeholders identify as issues with the business that could be improved . If the business is already perfect, learn about what is so successful about the business. I have completed the first two parts, I chose my company is Apple Inc. Stakeholder concerns: 1. Market saturation: As the smartphone market becomes increasingly saturated, stakeholders are concerned about Apple's ability to maintain its growth and market share (Wagner et al., 2018). 2. Product innovation: Stakeholders expect Apple to continue innovating and releasing new, groundbreaking products to stay ahead of its competitors (Teece, 2018). 3. Adaptation to emerging markets: Stakeholders want Apple to adapt its products and strategies to cater to the unique needs of emerging markets, such as affordability and local preferences (Prahalad and Lieberthal, 1998). 4.
