This assignment is very straight$-$forward. By SUNDAY, MARCH $31$ AT $11$:$59$ PM$,$ please create one visual aid that you may want to use in your report when it is due. Sample ideas include looking at pay growth, charting a career path, making a table of different salary levels, creating a process flow chart, or any of the others discussed in the notes for this week.

Your visual aid should be your own creation, not one from a third party or outside source. While additional visuals may be used from other sources in the report if they are cited, the goal here is to have you make your own out of researched data.

Your visual aid should be attached here as a separate document that can be reviewed by myself or others. I will leave feedback on these after they are submitted.

Scoring: $10$ points for creating your own visual aid here by the assigned due date. For credit, this must be a visual aid of your own design and creation. Once I have commented on this, you may incorporate it into your research report draft $($due Sunday, April $7).$
