This assignment is to be completed in a group setting. Instructions to complete the assignment. You are required to choose between two of the RFPs attached with this assignment and follow the guidelines strictly. Your group will assume that you have the responsibility in your organization to respond, complete and submit the proposal based on the RFP. You are allowed to make assumptions when completing the proposal. RFP Topic. You are required to choose any one. 1. Regional Tourism Organization 4 Inc. (RTO4). The Technical Documentation Cli(Solution). c. The Financial Documentation. d. Supporting Documentation such as Certifications and Client References (min3). Submission guidelines. 1. The proposal will be submitted on Friday, October 21, 2022, 11.30 PM (EST). 2. The proposal will be compiled into a single PDF document and uploaded onto Blackboard. 3. Improper PDF file name format. 2 mark. Writing Guidelines. Font should be Calibri or Ariel Narrow or Verdana. Font Size should be 11. Margins should be 1 inch on the top, bottom, left and right. Paragraphs and / or Sections / Sub-Sections should be left and right justified and numbered appropriately. Cover Page and Table of Contents structure should be followed. 6.
