DATABASE IMPLEMENTATION

The following figure shows a grade report form. University makes this form available to

students at the end of each semester when final grades are ready. Draw the ER diagram

representing the database of this report and other implied information. You can start by

Identifying entities and their corresponding identifiers. Make any necessary assumptions for

business rules but include your assumptions in your answer. Add only few necessary

attributes for each entity. Use the ERDPlus to draw the ERD and relational schema diagram.
