Assume that Netflix is now looking to expand its reach in the marketplace by competing with Foxtel in the hotel / accommodation market. By providing Netflix in individual guest rooms in these places of accommodation, Netflix hopes to not only allow guests to enjoy their own selection of streamed, on-demand TV shows and movies from the full offerings available on Netflix in Australia, but also to promote their brand so that non-Netflix subscribers who are staying in accommodation are able to review what Netflix offers and see the benefits of having their own subscription.    2. a priority list for the requirements. Consider the business objectives as well as the outcomes of your stakeholder prioritization in developing this priority list. Some requirements may need to be omitted due to conflicts between requirements – this is fine, but you need to document which requirements have been omitted and justify why this has occurred.
6. As a full class, share the small stakeholder group stakeholder prioritization matrices and the priority lists for requirements. How similar are these? Discuss similarities and differences between the views of the small groups and try to understand the perspectives of these groups. Would you make any changes to your matrix or requirements priority list now? As a class, determine an agreed priority list for the requirements.
7. Individually: Reflect on the communication that occurred throughout this activity. How difficult was it to share ideas within small groups? Within the class?
