Assume you have 1 VNET and 3 Subnets (Frontend, Backend and DMZ)in it on 1 region in Azure. Each of these subnets has a VM attached to it (VMFrontend, VMBackend and VMDMZ). 

 

Explain in high level the process of NVA (Network Virtual Appliance) and the minimum steps on what you need to configure in Azure to make all traffic to go through DMZ virtual machine (VMDMZ).

 

 Explain concepts of Route Table, UDR (User Define route), VM setup for Network Traffic, Azure IP Forwarding etc.
